Cyprexx offers a prospect the opportunity to submit information to Cyprexx through this website so long as such information relates to the development of a potential business transaction with Cyprexx. The collection of information from you is for potential business development purposes, and in no event should you provide any information for personal, family, or household purposes. Information you provide should only include business information such as company name, contact name and title, address, phone and fax numbers, email address, and other business information relating to commercial transactions with Cyprexx (“Business Information”).


By entering and submitting Business Information to Cyprexx, you hereby represent that you are either a business partner or prospect and consent to (1) Cyprexx collecting and/or using such Business Information for vendor support, business development and/or other commercial purposes and (2) Cyprexx’s employees, staff, representatives, business partners, affiliates, clients, agents or any other entity that may have a legitimate business need to know using such Business Information in the course of their duties. We receive and store certain identifiers from clients regarding individual mortgagors such as name, address, and loan number as a normal course of business. We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device (“Personal Information”). We may collect information that is about you individually, but that does not identify you, such as information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our website, http://cyprexx.com (“Website”), and usage details, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, computer operating system and browser type, type of mobile device, the unique device identifier (UDID), the address of a referring website (if any), cookies and other tracking technologies, and the pages you visit on our Website. A cookie is a piece of data stored by a user's browser that helps a web site or service recognize that user's unique computer. Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or through the Website. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. Verification of Your Identity. To protect your privacy, we will ask you to verify your identity. We will ask you to confirm your name, email address, phone number and other information so that we can reasonably confirm your identity. We will not share any information until we can reasonably confirm your identity.

Our Response Time to Your CCPA Request
  • Response Time. We will respond to your request within forty five (45) days from when you contacted us.
  • Response Time for Complex Requests. If you have a complex request, the CCPA allows us up to ninety (90) days to respond. We will still contact you within forty five (45) days from when you contacted us to let you know we need more time to respond.

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device (“Personal Information”).   • Directly from our consumers or their agents via borrower complaints.
  • From clients and/or servicers who provide mortgage related information to us in order to perform inspections and preservation services.
Sharing Personal Information

We may disclose your Personal Information to a third party for a business purpose. When we disclose Personal Information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that Personal Information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.
